The Challenge
BPP Holdings plc provides professional and academic education supporting individual clients in developing and managing their careers, and helps corporate clients develop career paths for employees.
Project ICE is a BPP initiative designed to improve customer experience and lower costs through process and culture change as well as the implementation of new customer-facing & finance systems.
F2X supported Project ICE for both the Professional Education (PE) and Learning Media (LM) companies during the design phase of the process. The main challenge was to harmonise disparate financial and booking systems and processes across different divisions.
The F2X Solution
F2X worked closely with BPP to develop organisational design, business requirements & technical solutions. In particular, we developed and ran a process stream to train and mentor BPP business analysts, and represented the business team when presenting business needs to system vendors.
Over the 7 month project we coached a small team from BPP to produce process maps covering marketing, business development, sales, professional partnerships, invoicing & payment, product delivery, sales & operational planning, product development, and customer support.
