Historically, each business within the group has operated largely independently, and this, coupled with organic growth, has led to inefficiencies and barriers to new growth.

The F2X Solution

We carried out a detailed IT programme and telecoms review which examined network infrastructure, server and desktop infrastructure, group applications, and fixed and mobile telecommunications. Following our audit and the clear documentation of findings, our design recommendations and proposals allowed us to deliver a new group network infrastructure.

This included:

• Developing a new telecoms strategy to encompass formal tenders, contract negotiation with suppliers, and project management
