Business Process Management

F2X deliver business process mapping and change management for small or enterprise-level projects, although where possible we prefer to train your internal team to work with our coaches; this keeps your costs down, ensures your organisation retains control over the process, and puts your company in a solid position to manage ongoing changes. We demonstrate extensive expertise in:

• Mapping existing processes and procedures
• Identifying requirements for change based on both your strategy and current operational issues, including mapping new to-be processes which identify where systems are used and which steps are fully automated
